Employees and Clients

Whether you are seeking to support your staff or your clients, I am available for both employee consultation and client group facilitation.

For Your Clients

For those seeking to add to client programming, I have included a list of therapeutic groups. Individualized groups can be created to best fit your agency's needs.

I have years of experience facilitating therapeutic, experiential, and interactive groups. My intention is to foster a dynamic in which clients feel comfortable taking up space, showing up authentically, and practicing vulnerability.

For your Staff

Those of us that have worked in the field know all too well that the direct care support staff are the individuals spending the most time with our clients. They are there at all hours for hard phone calls, arguments, realizations, celebrations, and moments which have great impact on the client. These are the folks with a passion for helping. We easily recognize that they are what is commonly referred to as "boots-to-the ground."

An unfortunate truth is that these individuals are at a high risk of burn out. And due to the nature of our work, they sometimes make the difficult decision to leave the field when they have not had proper guidance and adequate support.

It is our responsibility to be sure that direct care professionals and support staff feel seen, empowered, and confident.

So you need a facilitator?

Maybe you're hoping to shake things up and have a fresh face on campus, or perhaps you're hoping to fill some gaps. I offer hourly, flat, and daily rates.

I begin each group with a discussion around fostering a therapeutic environment, and creating a list of group agreements. (Because rules are meant to be broken!)
